Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Unless it is our error, all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. |

Interest charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all past due invoices. |

re-presented to your account along with the state allowable

In the event of default on payment, the customer shall pay for all collection costs, including but not limited to, attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees. |
